When it comes to personalization of coffee to get the most optimal and desired flavors, roasting coffee correctly is as important as buying the correct green beans. Hence, we won’t just stop at providing the highest quality beans. Not surprisingly, given how mysterious coffee is, for a given green bean and your roast level preference – light, medium, dark etc. there is a unique roast profile that brings the optimal amount of flavors, body, and balance.
