Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. Log Information: We log information about your use of the Services, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, web request, access times, pages viewed, web browser, links clicked and the page you visited before navigating to the Services.

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on the Services with other media, and vice versa. Your Choices

If you sign up for a Bunafr account directly through the Services, you can update, correct or delete your account information at any time by logging into your online account and changing your profile information. If you wish to deactivate your account, please email us at, but note that some of the information you provided through the Services may continue to be accessible (e.g., Pearls that you have shared with others) and that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.   • The risk of harm to the Consumer posed by any unauthorized access or deletion;

  • Whether the Personal Information to be provided by the Consumer to verify their identity is sufficiently robust to protect against fraudulent requests or being spoofed or fabricated;

If your request is regarding household information, the same verification steps above may be required before we can provide you with aggregate household information. In addition, if you do not have a password-protected online account with us, for us to process a request for access to or deletion of specific pieces of information regarding your household, we may need all members of the household to make the request, and we may need to individually verify each household member and that each member making the request is currently a member of the house.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or take other appropriate action in response to requests from a Consumer or household that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character.
