Why Roast Single Origin Coffees
Crave flavor diversity and adventure from your daily brew? Single origin coffees are grown on a single farm or cooperative, which means they all taste different. Roasting single origins gives you access to the most subtle, complex, and unique coffee flavors of individual farms.
One coffee from Nicaragua might have bold tropical fruit notes, while another from Papua New Guinea may have complex spice and pine subtleties. Even beans grown on neighboring farms can have unique flavors, aromas, and mouthfeel because of the differences in plant genetics, micro-climate, soil composition, and farming practices.
As you explore regions, countries, and continents, you’ll learn to taste the differences between beans from Brazil from Ethiopia, and a washed processed from a natural or honey processed coffee. Without being blended, you can taste each origin’s unique flavors with precision and clarity.
